Carlos Hank Rhon

Cerrey is a subsidiary of Grupo Hermes, a leading industrial
conglomerate in Mexico. Formed by Ing. Carlos Hank Rhon, Grupo
Hermes has been, through its businesses, a substantial participant in
numerous manufacturing, construction and power projects across Mexico
for 29 years. Ing. Hank Rhon serves as Grupo Hermes’ Chairman of
the Board and Chief Executive Officer. In addition to Cerrey,
other Grupo Hermes subsidiaries include HECO, Hermi Ingenieria, Babcock
& Wilcox de Mexico and AES Merida III.
Carlos Hank Rhon also serves as Chairman of the financial services
group, Grupo Financiero Interacciones, which he founded in 1992.
With a strong presence in securities brokerage, niche banking and
insurance, Grupo Financiero Interacciones is Mexico’s largest
non-bank-owned financial services provider. Grupo Financiero
Interacciones plays an important role in the financing of
government-related construction and infrastructure projects across
Mexico, particularly those relating to municipalities, water treatment
plants and waste management facilities.
In
addition to Grupo Hermes and Grupo Financiero Interacciones, Ing. Hank
Rhon serves as Chairman of a number of other leading Mexican
corporations, both public and private, that are contributing to the
advancement of Mexico’s infrastructure through financing, design and
construction initiatives:

Alcance Total, a Mexico City-based construction company, has been
involved in many construction projects of national significance,
including the El Cajon Dam and the recently-initiated La Yesca Dam,
through its subsidiaries, La Nacional and La Peninsular.
Alcance Total also plays a large role in the development and
construction of major roadways and bridges across Mexico.

premier vacation destinations in México is located in Cancun, in the
